The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) has highly commended the management of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), for its outstanding performance in infrastructural development and the judicious utilization of allocated funds.

Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun the North Central Zonal Coordinator of TETFUND, expressed his satisfaction during a familiarization visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman. During the visit, Engr. Balogun conducted a thorough inspection of ongoing and completed TETFUND-funded projects within the university campus.

According to Engr. Balogun, the visit’s primary aim was to assess the progress of projects and identify any areas that might require further attention. He affirmed that the visit “demonstrated the strong working relationship between the university and TETFUND,” praising NSUK’s management for their effective fund utilization and the delivery of high-quality projects. “Our assessment is overwhelmingly positive, and we’re impressed with the projects we’ve seen,” he stated.

In her remarks, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sa’adatu Liman, acknowledged that TETFUND’s visit was specifically to evaluate the projects, and she confirmed that the agency was satisfied with the university’s strict adherence to established guidelines. She extended her gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and TETFUND for their invaluable support, assuring them that NSUK would continue to meticulously follow all guidelines in its project implementations.
