Leadership

Professor Rashidah Funke Olanrewaju is an accomplished AI expert and software engineer passionate about automating systems and fostering innovation. As the Director of EDC, she leverages her extensive experience in startups and entrepreneurship, including her role as a former engineer at Freeshare and her current involvement in RadiantRay Exclusive, a successful clothing company. Her commitment extends to mentoring career paths at Muslim Connect and driving impactful projects at IIUM EDC. Her leadership is dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurial talent and promoting sustainable development within and beyond NSUK.

Dr. Taibat Ibrahim, from the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, brings a wealth of expertise in research and development to the EDC team. Her background in science and technology enhances the Centre’s ability to integrate cutting-edge solutions and foster innovation.

Dr. Nwala, an Associate Professor from the Faculty of Administration, provides valuable insights into business management and administration. His experience supports the EDC’s mission to develop robust entrepreneurial programs and streamline operational excellence.
