The attention of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) has been drawn to the activities of fraudsters who are attempting to deceive unsuspecting applicants to the School of Preliminary Studies (SPS) by demanding payments in exchange for admission.

These criminals have gone as far as printing and distributing fake admission letters purportedly from the University, with the intent of extorting money from innocent applicants.

For the avoidance of doubt, the School of Preliminary Studies, NSUK, has not commenced the issuance of admission letters to any candidate. Therefore, any admission letter currently in circulation is fake and should be disregarded.

❗ The University wishes to advise the public as follows:
🚫 Do not pay any money to individuals or websites claiming to offer admission into the School of Preliminary Studies.
🟢 All official admission procedures will be communicated only through the University’s official channels.
⛔️ Anyone approached with such fraudulent offers should report immediately to the University authorities or law enforcement agencies.
The University remains committed to transparency and integrity in all admission processes and will not hesitate to take legal action against anyone found to be impersonating the institution or defrauding the public
