The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman (Fellow; UNESCO ACLS FIIFPN), on Thursday, July 10, 2025, delivered a compelling keynote address at the 2025 summit of the Nigeria/Sweden Parliamentary Friendship Group of the 10th National Assembly.

The 2025 summit, held under the crucial theme: “Strengthening Bilateral Relationship Through Education, Trade, Investment and Political Diplomacy,” aimed to foster deeper ties and collaboration between Nigeria and Sweden across various vital sectors.

The event was chaired by Hon. Abubakar Sarki Dahiru, who serves as the Chairman of the Nigeria-Sweden Parliamentary Friendship Group Committee of the 10th National Assembly.

Also in distinguished attendance was the outgoing Ambassador of Sweden to Nigeria, Ghana, and West Africa, Her Excellency Annika Hahn Englung, highlighting the diplomatic significance of the summit.

Professor Liman’s participation underscores NSUK’s growing influence and its commitment to contributing to national and international dialogues, particularly in areas that promote educational advancement and diplomatic relations.
