The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, on Wednesday attended the new session inauguration of Zielona Gora University (ZGU), Poland, as a Special Guest.
Her participation at the event yielded remarkable outcomes, as NSUK strengthened academic ties with ZGU, securing additional Erasmus+ grants, new international faculty memberships, expanded grant opportunities, and enhanced partnership pathways.
During the visit, the Vice-Chancellor also inspected laboratory facilities at ZGU’s Institute of Environmental Engineering and celebrated the milestone of two NSUK students who were formally inaugurated as part of the new academic session.
Highlighting the success of the collaboration so far, NSUK has recorded 4 staff and 6 student mobilities under the Erasmus+ partnership with Zielona Gora University, bringing the total number of grant beneficiaries to 10 within less than a year.
Professor Liman described the partnership as a gateway to global opportunities for staff and students alike, reaffirming NSUK’s commitment to internationalization and academic excellence.
