The Information and Protocol Officer of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Mr. Abraham Habu Ekpo has been recognized for exhibiting exemplary leadership by the Students Union Government SUG of NSUK.
Presenting the award to the public relations guru in his office on Wednesday 9th December 2022, the SUG President Comrade Naajim Gbefwi alongside his exco said the award conferred on Mr. Ekpo is in recognition of his positive impact and passion for human capital development.
Comrade Gbefwi noted that Mr. Ekpo’s guidance and admonition were among the numerous interventions that made his tenure as SUG president a smooth and seamless one.
In his response, the Information and Protocol Officer appreciated the student union body for finding him worthy of recognition. Mr. Ekpo also commended them for climaxing their exit with such interactions with University officials.
In his vote of thanks on behalf of the recipient and staff of the unit, the Deputy Information and Protocol Officer, Mallam Jaafar Abdullahi, described the award as well deserved. Stressing that Mr. Ekpo is an emphatic leader whose benevolence goes beyond tribe, creed and religion.
Mallam Jaafar wished the outgoing Students Union leaders all the best in their future endeavors.
