The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, FELLOW: UNESCO, ACLS, FIIFPN has approved the re-appointment of Professor Benneth Colman Uzoechi as the Director of Open Distance e-Learning (ODeL) Centre for two years effective 8th November 2024 to 7th November, 2026.
Also appointed are Dr. Daniel Adamu of the Department of Urban & Regional Planning as Deputy Dean, of Students’ Affairs and Dr. Isma’il Suleiman of the Department of Statistics as Sub-Dean, Students’ Affairs all for one year effective from 8th November 2024 to 7th November, 2025.
Other appointments announced are the re-appointment of Dr. Carole Nweze as the Acting Head of Biochemistry and Dr. Bilkisu Maijamma as the Acting Head of the Department of Statistics. All appointments are for one year effective from 8th November 2024 to 7th November 2025.
According to a letter signed by the Registrar of the University, Dr. Bala I. Ahmed II states that the appointees are expected to provide effective and efficient academic and administrative leadership that will further enhance sound academic policies and programs for the University.
