The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega CON, led a delegation comprising members of the University Governing Council and staff on a condolence visit to the Chancellor of the University and Emir of Keffi, Alhaji Dr. Shehu Chindo Yamusa III CON, on Monday, January 13, 2025. The visit was to express their deepest sympathies to the Emir on the passing of his beloved wife, Hajia Maryam Shehu Chindo Yamusa.
During the visit, Professor Jega paid tribute to Hajia Maryam, extolling her virtues and acknowledging her significant contributions to the community. He conveyed the heartfelt condolences of the entire Nasarawa State University community and offered prayers for the repose of her soul.
