






In a significant gesture of solidarity and appreciation, the Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, Professor Danladi Makut, led a delegation of faculty members on a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, celebrating her exemplary leadership during her first year in office.
Held at the University’s Council Chamber, the visit aimed to recognize the Vice-Chancellor’s remarkable achievements in areas such as academic excellence, institutional growth, innovation, and strategic vision. Professor Makut commended Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman for her impactful contributions, particularly in advancing digital transformation and infrastructural development across the institution.
He reiterated the Faculty ’s unwavering support for the University’s forward momentum, highlighting initiatives like the 2025 Strategic Plan and ongoing TETFund interventions as key drivers of progress.
In her response, the Vice-Chancellor Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman expressed deep gratitude for the show of support, encouraging Faculty members to continue maximizing available resources to boost productivity and foster community impact.
A highlight of the occasion was the presentation of a customized roll-up banner to the Vice-Chancellor symbolizing the delegation’s visit and heralding a new, promising phase in the University’s journey under her stewardship.
