Dr. Adenomon Monday Osagie is an expert in Data Science and Machine learning. He is also a Statistical and M & E Consultants. He is an Associate Professor of Statistics with specialization in Econometrics and Financial time series in the department of Statistics, Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nigeria. Currently, The Director, Centre for Cyberspace Studies, Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He is a Chartered Statistician (CStat, RSS-UK); an Elected member of the International Statistical Institute (ISI); Fellow, African Scientific Institute (FASI), USA; Fellow, Chartered Economist (FCE); Chair, International Association of Statistical Computing for African member group; Coordinator, International Statistical Literacy Project for Nigeria and also the Geographic Centre Lead for Africa in the RoSE (Researchers of Statistics Education) Network Committee. He has facilitated and attended various trainings, seminars and workshops far and near. He has also supervised and co-supervised about Sixteen (16) PhD Students, supervised and co-supervised over thirty-five (35) M.Sc. Students and supervised several PGD and B.Sc. students. His research works are indexed in Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), ResearchGate and in Google scholar (Citations: 442; h-index :9; i10-index: 9 as at 20th May, 2024).
Training and education: Dr Adenomon graduated as the best HND student with a distinction (Statistics) 2004; PGDS with distinction (Statistics) 2008; B.Sc. (Statistics) with First Class 2021; M.Sc. (Statistics) with distinction 2010; PhD (Statistics)2016.
Research interests: Data Science; Machine learning; Applied Statistics to Health and Biological Sciences; Econometrics; Time series Analysis; Financial time series analysis; Spatial Econometrics; Statistical Computing and Interdisciplinary Statistical Analysis.
Hobbies: Travelling and meeting people.

The Centre for Cyberspace Studies (CCS), Nasarawa State University, is Nigeria’s first Centre of Excellence in Cyberspace and Data Science research, development and innovations established in 2014 and registered with CAC on 8th May, 2015. it is a multidisciplinary research centre focusing on technology, law and policy in the cyberspace and data science space.
The vision of the centre is to become a global recognized focal point for research, training, innovations and enterprise development in Cyberspace and Data Science management.
The mission is to foster ethical standards in cyberspace and data science scholarship, promote industry driven research, and innovations that could support national development and collaborate with other established global research institutes, ministries, departments, agencies and industrial players.
