Nasarawa varsity wins Psychology quiz competition

Department of Psychology, Nasarawa State University, Keffi, (NSUK) emerged the winner of Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA) quiz competition organised in honour of Professor Isidore Obot.

The competition which took place in Lagos state drew universities from the six geo-political zones of Nigeria.

The quiz started at the zonal levels before climaxing in Lagos state.

Nasarawa varsity to employ more female lecturers

Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), has concluded arrangements to engage more female lecturers to fill in some gap within the institution.

The vice chancellor, Professor Suleiman Bala Mohammed, disclosed this at the Gender Week 2020, organised by Centre for Gender Studies of the institution.

He added that in 2021, the institution will recruit more female lecturers.

Nasarawa State University matriculates 6,000 new students

The Vice Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Prof. Suleiman Bala-Mohammed, on Friday warned new students of the institution against engaging in cultism, examination malpractice and other social vices.

 

Bala-Mohammed gave the warning in Keffi during the 17th matriculation ceremony of the institution for the 2018/2019 academic session.
