ICT Portal Support

An ICT Support Portal is now set up to provide assistance and application support wherever and whenever possible to all portal users in order to streamline support requests and serve you better.
This was done to help attend to all the issues encountered by staff and students promptly.
To request a support simply start by clicking “PORTAL SUPPORT” on the menu bar and select the category to which you belong. You would be required to fill out a form which will guide us to solve whatever problem there is.
